(1) The period of the certificate given in accordance with section 14 shall be five years.
(2) A person who wants to renew a certificate must submit an application to the council by attaching the prescribed documents sixty days before the expiry of the certificate period.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), the council may renew the certificate after necessary investigation.
(4) Other arrangements related to certificate renewal shall be as prescribed.
